Individual Therapy

Research has proven that successful outcomes for mental health and personal growth are more immediate and lasting when traditional forms of "talk therapy" are a primary component of treatment.

Spring Grove private practitioners provide counseling and therapy services to persons of all backgrounds. We have experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups with a broad range of issues. All of our services are individualized to meet your specific needs.

We have an interdisciplinary clinical group including:

Licensed Clinical Social Workers

Licensed Professional Counselors

Licensed Psychologists

One-on-one counseling provides individualized treatment planning to help clients build on their strengths and identify personalized solutions.  Depending upon identified issues and goals, therapy may focus on personal growth and development, skill building, resource development, changing problem behaviors, increasing insight and understanding, or exploring emotional, spiritual, or existential concerns.  Each therapist will bring their own approach and style to the work of therapy as well.  The keys to successful counseling are often a trusting therapeutic relationship, clearly identified goals, a focus on strength building, and flexibility.  At Spring Grove Counseling, therapy is collaborative, respectful, and unique to each client.
